What if I don't like the website
If you don’t like the initial design, with our subscription you can request unlimited changes until you are 100% happy.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
The subscription allows you to submit unlimited requests and they will be worked on and delivered one at a time.
How do I make a request?
Projects can easily be submitted through our project management app. You can share text, images, ideas, videos to get your project started. Give us the details and we’ll get to work!
What if I want to write a blog?
for an additional $250 a CMS can be integrated that will allow you to write your own posts that will appear on a dedicated blog page.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
There are unlimited content updates included in the monthly package. This includes any text or media content that may need to be updated.
For additional pages after 5 or features, there is an additional $100 fee.
What happens if I want to leave for another vendor?
If you paid for the lump sum package, the website belongs to you. We will give you a copy of the website code and you're welcome to host it yourself, or find someone to host it for you.
If you paid monthly for the website, the website belongs to you after 12 months. If you're leaving before the 12 month period, you're welcome to pay the monthly fee difference to recieve your website.
Is there any work you don't cover in the subscription?
This does not cover extensive work such as ecommerce websites or WebGL 3D animations.
